We would like to invite you to participate in this online survey to identify regional variations in cardiac arrest response around Europe.

Regions that can be chosen follow European Union’s Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics (NUTS). Write the name of the region in your local language. If you and your system covers more than one region, please fill in the questionnaire once for each region.

Please, be aware that in the survey we identified three categories and there are questions for each of these categories:

• First Responders (Units that are dispatch in their work capacity such as police and firemen)
• Community First Responders (Volunteers with higher lever of medical knowledge and equipment – usually have a health care background, such as nurses, paramedics or doctors)
• Volunteer Responders (Individuals from the general public. Can include both “first responders” and “community first responders” as define above, but in a civilian role)
